When I think about St. Patrick’s Day I think about a few things:
- Corned Beef
- Green Beer (although I don’t think I’ve ever even had it)
- The Taster
Why the Taster? His red hair and Irish blood of course!
This year, between my travels and his, we decided on a rather low-key celebration at home. On the plane ride home I was reading Vegetarian Times and found a few easy dishes that could be be quickly put together. Then I de-vegetarianized it by adding mini reubens. It had to be done.
